Willingboro high school students see first hand results of driving while distracted

Willingboro, NJ – The Willingboro Township Police and Fire Department recently combined their efforts to host a compelling event aimed at raising awareness about the perils of distracted driving for the graduating seniors of Willingboro High School.

With the objective of illustrating the potentially devastating consequences of driving while distracted, a simulated crash scenario was staged, leaving a lasting impact on the young participants.

The event not only emphasized the importance of responsible decision-making behind the wheel but also provided the seniors with invaluable knowledge to ensure their safety on the road.

The success of this educational initiative would not have been possible without the generous contributions and support from local businesses.

Chick-fil-A Centerton Square donated gift cards to the participating students, adding an element of excitement to the event. Flynn’s Towing & Recovery, renowned for their expertise, played a role by providing the vehicle used in the demonstration.
