The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Missing Person Cynthia Teran. She was last seen at 4:30 A.M., on Sunday, February 6, 2022, on the 5xx block of Kauffman St. Cynthia’s last know whereabouts is in the area of 4th and Bainbridge Streets.
She is 5’1”, 125 lbs., muscular build, black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing white hooded sweater, black sweatpants and boots.
