She chose the $500,000 cash option equivalent. Her ticket was purchased at S & G, located at 4001 North Holland-Sylvania Avenue in Toledo.
According to lottery officials, “the Ohio Lottery has 19 of the $1-milion annuity prizes remaining in Max the Money, as well as other great prizes. Tricia beat odds of 1 in 468,085 to win.”
