PARMA HEIGHTS, OH – Ibrahim El-Madhoun is the winner of the top prize of $1,000,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Cash Celebration.
Ibrahim chose to recieve $40,000 a year for 25 years. He will receive $28,800 a year for 25 years after mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent.
His winning ticket was purchased at Heights Deli Mart, located at 5814 Pearl Road in Cleveland.
According to lottery officials, “Cash Celebration is a $30 scratch-off with a top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years. As of June 24, 2022, there are 26 top prizes remaining in the game.”
