Edgewater Park deli sells jackpot-winning ticket worth more than $1 million

EDGEWATER PARK, NJ — A Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth more than $1 million was sold at an Edgewater Park deli after two players split Sunday’s jackpot, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

The winning ticket was purchased at C & C Deli Market, located at 925 Woodlane Road in Edgewater Park.

The Sunday drawing produced winning numbers 03, 12, 19, 34 and 40. The Bullseye number was 40, and the XTRA number was 03.

Because two tickets matched all five numbers, the $2,079,222 jackpot was split evenly. The Burlington County ticket is worth $1,039,611.

C & C Deli Market will receive a $2,000 bonus from the New Jersey Lottery for selling the winning ticket.

In addition to the jackpot winners, 58 players matched four of the five numbers plus the Bullseye to win $500 each. Fifteen of those players increased their prizes to $1,500 by purchasing the XTRA option.

The Jersey Cash 5 jackpot has been reset to $150,000 for the next drawing.
