$1 million-winning scratch-off ticket sold in Juniata County

MIFFLINTOWN, PA — A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player has won $1 million with an All Cash Scratch-Off ticket purchased at Mifflintown Mart in Juniata County.

The winning ticket was sold at the store located at 4106 William Penn Highway, and the retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket. All Cash is a $20 scratch-off game offering top prizes of $1 million.

Lottery officials remind players to sign the back of their tickets immediately and contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 for assistance in claiming prizes. Scratch-off prizes must be claimed within one year of the game’s end-sale date posted on the Lottery’s website.

Winning tickets are distributed randomly, and neither the Lottery nor its retailers know where winners will occur until prizes are claimed.
