ZANESVILLE, OHIO – Eric Stotts of Zanesville picked up the top prize of $100,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Wild Cash Multiplier.
After mandatory state and federal tax totaling 28 percent, Eric will receive $72,000.
He purchased his winning ticket at Maple Avenue Duchess, located at 3415 Maple Ave in Zanesville.
