WASHINGTON, D.C. – Concern is growing for 12-year-old Zoey Phillips, who was last seen on Friday, December 13, around 3:35 p.m. in the 1100 block of Michigan Avenue, Northeast.

Zoey, originally reported missing from the 20,000 block of Boswell Court in Waldorf, Maryland, is described as a Black female, 5’3” tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

At the time she was last seen, Zoey was wearing a blue jean jacket, a teal uniform shirt, and khaki uniform pants.
