15-Year-Old Girl Robbed Outside NYC Deli

BROOKLYN, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an attempted robbery at 891 Grand Street (Deli and Grill). The incident occurred on Tuesday, May 14, at approximately 7:15 PM.

During the incident, the suspect, described as a 50-year-old male with a medium complexion and build, and bald, approached a 15-year-old female and attempted to forcibly take her scooter. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt and dark-colored pants. Following the unsuccessful attempt, the individual fled the scene. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about this incident or the suspect to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation. The individual’s image has been released in connection with this appeal for public assistance.
