Sun Avenue, VA — A 15-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being shot Sunday night, prompting an active investigation as authorities work to track down whoever is responsible.

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on September 21, officers responded to the area of Sun Avenue following reports of an injured person. Upon arrival, they found the teenage victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics rushed the teen to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in life-threatening condition. No suspects have been publicly identified, and it remains unclear what led to the shooting.
