NEWARK, DE – The Delaware Health and Social Services has reported 16 new COVID-19 related deaths on Tuesday and 304 new cases. 10 people died in New Castle County, 4 in Sussex County and 2 in Kent County. The state’s overall COVID-19 death total is 1,065. Delaware HSS said those deaths were reported as a result of a review of vital statistics records and do not necessarily represent deaths recorded in the days prior to the announcement.
