PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Authorities have identified the victim found shot to death inside a vehicle in Landover on Tuesday as 18-year-old Kesean Pollard, a resident of Landover.
Police were called to the 7400 block of Landover Road just before 9:30 a.m. after reports of a shooting. Upon arriving, officers found a crime scene in the area near a funeral home. A short distance away, they discovered Pollard’s body inside a car on Old Landover Road.
Detectives are actively investigating the case and working to identify a suspect or motive, though police do not believe the crime was random.
