4 more charged in Lakewood fraud sweep seek pre-trial program

TOMS RIVER – Four Lakewood residents accused of wrongfully collecting thousands in public benefits appeared in Superior Court in Ocean County on Wednesday, and their cases will proceed to a grand jury.
