Man Who Climbs Seaside Heights Rides in Protest, Charged Again

LAVALLETTE, NJ – On 7/6/2020, a former Lavallette resident, now allegedly homeless, Christopher Angulo, 45 was arrested at at 7:01AM and subsequently charged by Patrolman Michael C. Monica with two counts of harassment, stalking, and resisting arrest. Later on that same day, Angulo was placed under arrest and charged by Officer Ryan Crisalli for providing fictitious reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct. He was subsequently processed and released on a summons.
