JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – It took the Edge in Jackson many months to open their doors, but in October of 2019, the long-awaited upscale restaurant in Jackson finally opened to the public. Five months later, the business was shut down like all other restaurants in New Jersey due to COVID-19. Tonight, the restaurant is reopening with 25% capacity and is still keeping its outdoor dining section opened too.

Is your restaurant opening for indoor dining? Let us know.

“NOTHING makes us happier than being able to open our doors to you! Beginning this Friday, September 4th, we will be able to welcome you to The Edge…both indoors and out, every Tuesday through Sunday,” the Edge posted on Facebook. ”
Reservations are strongly suggested…please visithttps://theedgeinjackson.com/reservations/ to reserve your table.”

Jackson Township had few outdoor dining options during the pandemic. The Edge was one of a few that were able to accommodate outdoor diners in recent weeks.

The Edge says they will keep their outdoor dining tent going as long as the weather permits, which makes the Edge a great spot to have a great meal in September and October, provided the weather remains seasonably mild through early fall.

In anticipation of larger crowds with indoor dining, the Edge also has some job openings.

“Take your career to The Edge! Currently hiring for the following positions: sous-chef, servers, runners, and bussers. To apply, please visithttps://theedgeinjackson.com/careers/. Please share with anyone who might be interested in joining our talented team,” the company posted earlier this week.
