TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Police Department has arrested and charged David Robert Giordano. Giordano, according to Ocean County Sheriff Michael Mastronardy was arrested for painting a blue line down the center of Hooper Avenue in Toms River.
We have reached out to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office for more details and they referred us to Jillian Messina at the Toms River Police Department. Messina has not yet responded to an email for further information.
According to records on file with the county, Giordano was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, theft of services and criminal mischief, damaged property.
Giordano apparently took matters into his own hands and in any other time period in American history would be considered a community hero. In the world of political correctness, cancel culture and racial division, he is now looked at by the state as a criminal.
