HOUSTON, TX – A pregnant mom and her boyfriend were shot dead by by her son’s father after he saw them together at a soccer game at Almeda Park.
The woman’s ex-husband confronted the mother and her boyfriend and opened fire, killing both.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s office, “HCSO units responded to a shooting at Almeda Park located at 4255 Clow Rd, near Cypresswood and Stuebner Airline: Preliminary info: two adults have been shot. One adult male has been confirmed deceased on scene. A female has been transported to the hospital in critical condition. The suspect fled the scene. Update: the injured adult female, believed to be pregnant, has been pronounced deceased at the hospital.”
The shooter was later identified as 42-year-old Lucio Estrada Molina. Police later found Molina dead inside a trailer on Bayou Forest Drive from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
