Steve Van Zandt, the guitarist of Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band said this week that he’s hoping the band can get together to tour by next summer, but that’s all up to COVID-19. Van Zandt, who also played Silvio on the Sopranos and had a lead role in the Norwegian television show Lillyhammer said he also wants to get back in front of the camera.

Lillyhammer was a show about a mobster on the run who ends up in Norway and puts together his own half-baked crew. Battling the socialist government of Norway over regulations, Van Zandt sees an opportunity to make money on the black market using his nightclub as a front. In the show, Van Zandt plays a Silvio-like character.

In September, Van Zandt published a memoir entitled, “Unrequited Infatuations: A Memoir”.
