The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Fatmia Rosa Marttinez. She was last seen in school on Thursday January 27th, 2022, on the 1900 S 3rd St.
She is 5’6”, 180lbs, light brown complexion, hazel eyes, shoulder length brown hair, dark mole on chin, scar on forehead into hairline and tattoo of “Fatima” and a crown on her right wrist and a tattoo of “Pequena 11-08-05” on her right shoulder. She was last seen wearing black hoodie with a red emblem, black pants, blue jacket, and white Nike sneakers. She is known to frequent the area of 4th and Tasker St.
