TULSA, OK – On 1/28/2022, a kidnapping/robbery took place inside of an apartment near 23rd and Garnett.
Officers learned the victim was trying to sell his iPhone on Craigslist, and during the transaction, Cody Griffin and Annastasia Hildbrand held the victim at gunpoint. The two suspects then robbed the victim of his car, money, phones, and personal property.
During the robbery, the victim was bound, gagged, and placed inside a closet for several hours. The suspects forced the victim to unlock his phone, then transferred money to themselves from CashApp. The suspects took the victim’s debit card and pin, and made several attempts to withdraw money while leaving the victim bound in the apartment.
Officers later learned Fernando Medina-Moreno stole the victim’s SUV. Officers spotted the SUV on 1/31/2022 near 5100 E. 47th Pl. Medina-Moreno was taken into the custody. He admitted to being present during the robbery and to stealing the vehicle, and he stated Annastasia Hildbrand and Cody Griffin were responsible for the robbery.
While interviewing Medina-Moreno, Officers learned Hildbrand and Griffin were arrested across town in a separate incident, along with two other people.
On 1/31/2022, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a stolen VW Jetta in I-244 near Memorial. The Jetta refused to pull over, and a pursuit began.
During the pursuit, officers lost sight of the VW. A perimeter was quickly setup in the area. Shortly after that, dispatch received a call reporting that the VW was left abandoned in a driveway near 700 N. Sandusky Ave., and four people jumped out. The call reported two of the suspects were in his backyard.
Officers quickly caught Cody Griffin and Annastasia Hildbrand. Griffin was carrying a stolen gun.
The other two suspects, Nathan Lewis and Dakota Kelley were caught waiting for a ride at a nearby intersection. They were taken into custody.
After searching the stolen VW, Officers also found a pound of marijuana.

Annastasia Hildbrand was arrested for:
– Joyriding
– Conjoint Robbery with a Firearm
– Kidnapping
– Conspiracy to Commit a Felony
Dakota Kelley was arrested for:
– Drug Possession
– Joyriding
Nathan Lewis was arrested for Joyriding.
