U.S. Marshals Arrest Juvenile for First Degree Murder

Memphis, TN
– U.S. Marshals have arrested a 17-year-old male
for a Memphis homicide.

On April 15, 2021, Antonio Rhodes was
found shot to death at an apartment near the 2800 block of Leafy Hollow
in Memphis, Tennessee. An arrest warrant for First Degree Murder was
issued for the arrest of a male juvenile for this crime. The U.S.
Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force adopted the case as a
fugitive matter.

Earlier this evening, the juvenile was tracked
to a residence at the 800 block of Mendenhall. Working with the Shelby
County Fugitive Apprehension Team, the Task Force took the juvenile was
taken into custody without incident.


The U.S. Marshals Two
Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force is a multi-agency task force in the
Western District of Tennessee with offices in Memphis and Jackson. Its
membership is composed of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Shelby County Sheriff’s
Deputies, Memphis Police Officers, Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies,
Jackson Police Officers, and Special Agents with the Tennessee
Department of Correction. The primary mission of the Task Force is to
arrest violent offenders and sexual predators
