Man Shot Multiple Times, Found in Apartment Complex

EDGEWOOD, MD – Harford County detectives are investigating after a man was found shot to death in an apartment complex in Edgewood on Tuesday evening.

At approximately 9:01 p.m., patrol deputies assigned to the Southern Precinct of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 100 block of Reider Court in Edgewood for the report of a shooting. The adult male victim, identified as Angello Osborne, 38, of Edgewood, was located outside and between two apartment buildings suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics arrived on scene and pronounced Osborne dead.

“The investigation was assumed by detectives from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division. Investigators from the Forensic Services Unit responded to the area to collect and preserve physical evidence in support of the investigation. At this time, while the motive remains under investigation, detectives do not believe this to be a random act,” the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.


The HCSO added, the investigation is active and ongoing. No further information will be released at this time.
