PHILADELPHIA, PA – Police from the Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division seek the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On April 7, 2022, at 5:50 pm, an unknown black male was inside Buffalo Exchange located at 1520 Chestnut Street and failed to pay for approximately $400 worth of merchandise. On his way out the suspect took a book bag belonging to one of the employees containing various electronics valued at approximately $2,145.
