Gunman Who Shot Two Innocent Bystanders And Himself Arrested in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department have announced that an arrest has been made in the shooting that took place in Northwest Baltimore. This incident happened on April 30th. A 22-year-old male and a 37-year-old male were shot at a gas station in the 5100 block of Reisterstown Road.

Police have arrested 47 year-old Joseph Moulden of Baltimore.

Detectives believe that Joseph Moulden was having an altercation with others on the block when he began to randomly shoot, resulting in the victims and himself getting shot. He then fled the location and brought himself to a hospital in the area to treat his injuries.


On May 10th Joseph Moulden was brought to Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted 1st degree murder.
