D.C. Police Needs Help Identifying Shooting Suspect

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Metro Police Department in Washington, D.C. is investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized on Friday afternoon. This incident took place on the 4900 block of Benning Road in Southeast, D.C.. The PD asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.

According to detectives, “At approximately 1:50 pm, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim suffering from a gunshot. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”
