The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public to help them locate a 27 year old missing woman identified as Kristen Touey.
According to police, she was last seen on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 12:21 A.M., on the 70XX block of Rutland Street.
She is 5′ 8″, 215 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and navy-blue stretch pants. She could be in the West Philadelphia area.
