NEW YORK, NY – Police in Brooklyn have arrested Pernell Brumfield, accused of groping multiple teenage girls on NYC subway trains over the past few weeks. Police reported two incidents where Pernell was described as the suspect groping two 15-year-old girls between March 9-13.

His acts were reported inside the East 149th Street subway station and East 167th Street subway station.

Police arrested Pernell Tuesday afternoon in Brooklyn Heights. He was charged with three counts of assault, criminal possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct. In each of the cases, he grabbed the young girls buttocks as they exited the train.

Police are not sure if those were the only victims and anyone who suspects the suspect might have groped them should contact police.
