Clarkstown Police Department Announces Promotions of Captain and Lieutenant

CLARKSTOWN, NY – Chief Wanamaker of the Clarkstown Police Department has announced the promotions of James Fay and Kieran Dwyer to the ranks of Captain and Lieutenant, respectively.

Capt. Fay, a 29-year veteran of the department, previously held the rank of Lieutenant in the Patrol Division. Meanwhile, Lt. Dwyer has served the department for 19 years, most recently as a Detective Sergeant leading the JAB Detectives.

The department congratulated Capt. Fay and Lt. Dwyer on their promotions and wish them the very best in their new positions.
