DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MD – A 33-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning in District Heights.
The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in District Heights that occurred early Sunday morning.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Brian Ray Campbell of Hyattsville, was found with a gunshot wound outside in the 7800 block of Berry Place. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police department’s Homicide Unit is currently investigating the incident to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s). A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
