Stafford, NJ – 12-year-old Benny, the fortunate winner of a fundraiser benefiting Lighthouse Christian Academy, enjoyed a remarkable start to his day as he received a special escort into school from Chief Thomas Dellane.
As part of the fundraiser’s grand prize, Benny was greeted at his home this morning by Chief Dellane himself. The chief, accompanied by two police motorcycles, escorted Benny to the Stafford Intermediate School where he was personally walked into his classroom.
The entire experience provided Benny with an unforgettable way to kick off his day.
The fundraiser, organized to raise funds for Lighthouse Christian Academy, garnered tremendous community participation and support. Benny’s opportunity to be accompanied by the esteemed Chief Dellane and the police escort served as a fitting reward for his great efforts during the fundraiser.
