28-Year-Old Dead In D.C. Shooting

WASHINGTON, D.C. – 28-year-old Antonio Brown was shot in Northwest D.C. Sunday morning. He did not survive. The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is investigating the shooting.

Just after 6:00 am, officers arrived at the 1200 block of North Capitol Street upon receiving a call about a shooting. Upon their arrival, they located an adult male victim who had been shot.

Brown was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Despite all efforts to save his life, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
