NEW YORK, NY – Preston Ritter, a 37-year-old male employed by the NYC Department of Corrections, was arrested on Sunday at 7:00 a.m. within the 106 Precinct on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Endangerment.

The arrest took place during an off-duty period for Ritter. He is currently facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Endangerment. No further details about the incident have been provided at this time.
