MATAWAN, NJ – Main Street in Matawan is set to be transformed into a bustling pedestrian promenade for the anticipated Matawan Day Street Festival. Over 200 vendors will grace the streets with vibrant tents, awnings, and booths, showcasing a diverse range of products and handmade crafts. Interspersed among the merchandise vendors, numerous food stalls and trucks are prepared to offer a plethora of delectable meals, snacks, and beverages.

Families can look forward to an array of free activities designed especially for children in the Kidz Corral, which includes inflatables and engaging games. The event will also host live band performances at the designated bandstand area. Additionally, an entertainment arena further up the street promises captivating showcases from various performers, dance ensembles, defense exhibitions, and musician studios.

For those interested in a refreshing beverage, beer and wine gardens will be accessible in two distinct spots. Adding to the festivities, a live streaming broadcast booth will keep festival-goers updated on food eating contests and other notable events happening throughout the day.

With free entry and a wide array of activities catering to all age groups, the Matawan Day Street Festival promises a day of fun and community engagement. This event is organized by the Matawan Borough Economic Development Commission, in collaboration with the Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce.
