BURBANK, CA – Burbank Mayor Konstantine Anthony, who is most famously known for being spanked by a drag queen on television is calling for the dismantling of the city’s police department. Anthony is calling for a policeless state, saying that the city’s current policy of incarcerating criminals doesn’t work.
