Three New Yorkers Win Big with Third-Prize Powerball Tickets

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – The New York Lottery has revealed that three lucky Powerball players have each won a third-prize of $50,000 in the latest drawing on February 19. The winning tickets were purchased at locations spread across Bethpage, Flushing, and Manhattan, highlighting the widespread chance of winning.

In Bethpage, a winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven located at 497 Stewart Avenue. Flushing’s lucky ticket came from Norion Super Market at 34-10 Union Street. Meanwhile, a winner purchased their ticket in Manhattan at Desai Newsstand, located at 150 E 42nd Street.

The Powerball game, which draws numbers from a pool of one to 69 and a separate red Power Ball from one to 26, offers participants the chance to win prizes multiple times weekly. Drawings are held and televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., giving lottery enthusiasts plenty of opportunities to try their luck.
