Gatorade’s Nearly $3 Bottle Water Hits Shelves in New Jersey

TRENTON, NJ — Gatorade water has arrived and is available and other stores across New Jersey.

Gatorade announced the launch of Gatorade Water, its inaugural entry into the unflavored water market, designed to meet the hydration needs of active individuals. Gatorade Water, characterized by its alkaline nature with a pH of 7.5 or higher and infused with electrolytes, promises a crisp, refreshing taste while emphasizing environmental responsibility through its 100% recycled plastic bottles.

This new product aims to cater to the hydration requirements of those engaged in physical activities, offering a premium water option. Gatorade’s Chief Brand Officer, Anuj Bhasin, highlighted the wellness-oriented expectations of today’s athletes, stating that Gatorade Water serves as a 24/7 hydration solution from a trusted brand in sports nutrition.


Accompanying the product launch is the “Always in Motion” marketing campaign, showcasing the relentless spirit of athletes through a series of dynamic visuals and endorsements from prominent dancers and choreographers, including Les Twins, Witney Carson, and Aliya Janell. These campaigns utilize digital and traditional media platforms to reach a wide audience, focusing on the seamless movement and energy that Gatorade Water embodies.

In addition to online and out-of-home advertising, Gatorade Water will be promoted through linear television commercials featuring longboarders and dancers, alongside Gatorade’s low-sugar product lineup. These advertisements are set to air during major sporting events this spring, encompassing college basketball, the NBA regular season and playoffs, and the WNBA tip-off.

The product is now available for purchase nationwide, including on Amazon and Gatorade.com, offering 1L bottles for extended hydration and 700ml bottles equipped with a sport cap.
