New Jersey Couple Charged with Marijuana Manufacturing and Firearm Possession

LACEY, NJ – Lacey Township Police Chief Christopher Kenny disclosed that John Vincentini, 64, and Karen Vincentini, 64, residents of Lacey Township, faced multiple charges on March 21, 2024. John Vincentini was accused of manufacturing and distributing marijuana, possessing firearms, and financial facilitation, while Karen Vincentini faced similar charges.

The charges stem from an incident reported on March 15, 2024, when locals alerted the Lacey Township Police Department about a marijuana package delivered in a repurposed Amazon box. Subsequent investigations identified John Vincentini as the individual responsible for delivering the package.

The search yielded approximately ten pounds of marijuana, 15 marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia linked to narcotics packaging and distribution, two assault firearms, a rifle-style BB gun, and roughly $150,000 in US Currency.

Both John and Karen Vincentini were apprehended at their residence and transported to the Ocean County Jail. While in custody, they await a detention hearing.
