Cumberland Police Seek Information on Hit-and-Run Incident

CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland Police Department is calling on the public to assist in an ongoing hit-and-run investigation. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, in the 500 block of Henderson Avenue.

At approximately 3:10 a.m., police were alerted to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, they discovered two vehicles with substantial damage, both unoccupied. Evidence suggests that a third vehicle involved in the incident fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival.

The Cumberland Police Department urges anyone with information regarding this hit-and-run to come forward. Individuals can contact the police at 301-777-1600.
