Glen Burnie Residence Targeted in Shooting

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A non-contact shooting incident occurred at a Glen Burnie residence, prompting an immediate police response. On March 23, at around 7:00 PM, officers were dispatched to the 6300 block of Continental Drive following reports of gunfire.

The incident unfolded when a resident spotted three males loitering behind her home, two of whom were armed with handguns. Alerted to her presence, one of the suspects discharged several rounds into her bedroom.

Fortunately, the shooting resulted in no physical injuries. Northern District detectives are currently conducting an investigation and urge anyone with information to come forward by calling 410-222-6135 or the Tip Line at 410-222-4700.
