D.C. Police Hunt for Armed Suspects in Sunday Home Burglary

    WASHINGTON, D.C. – In the wake of a residential burglary in Southeast D.C., the D.C. Metro Police Department is calling for community assistance to identify the suspects involved. The incident on the 5000 block of Central Avenue, Southeast has sparked an urgent investigation.

    The burglary took place on March 24, shortly before 5:00 p.m., when a suspect forcefully entered a home and threatened the resident. Meanwhile, accomplices waited outside, one of whom was armed. After the confrontation, the suspects fled the area.

    Surveillance technology captured the suspects, and authorities have released footage and photos in hopes that the public can help identify them.
