Five Lucky Winners Claim $50K in Powerball Drawing Across New York

NEW YORK — The New York Lottery has announced that five third-prize-winning tickets, each worth $50,000, were sold for the Powerball drawing on March 25. These tickets were distributed across various locations, making several New Yorkers significantly richer.

In Ardsley, the lucky ticket was sold at Ardsley Snack Mart on 730 Saw Mill River Road. Buffalo’s winner purchased their ticket at Farm Fresh Market, 2724 Bailey Avenue. Flushing celebrated a win with a ticket from Kai Smart Family Store at 199-11 32nd Avenue. Ridgewood’s J M Deli & Grocery, situated at 73-01 88th Street, and West Seneca’s Wegmans at 370 Orchard Park Road, also joined the list of stores selling the prized tickets.

Powerball drawings are held thrice weekly, featuring numbers from 1 to 69 and a separate red Power Ball from 1 to 26. Fans of the lottery can catch the excitement every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m., hopeful for their chance at fortune.
