TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Authorities have arrested Paola I. Cabrera-Delapaz, 36, on charges related to her alleged role as the leader of an organized retail theft enterprise. Cabrera-Delapaz is facing multiple charges, including second-degree “leader of an organized retail theft enterprise,” and is being held without bail, according to Ocean County records.
Cabrera-Delapaz was booked on January 18, 2025, and remains in custody. Charges against her include shoplifting by concealment, possession of anti-shoplifting device tools, and leading a retail theft operation.
Court records indicate not only shoplifted but also possessed tools commonly used to evade store security systems while orchestrating a broader theft scheme.
