BRONX, N.Y. — A 31-year-old man was slashed and robbed by two unidentified individuals in a street attack early Monday morning in the Bronx, police said.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:05 a.m. in front of 351 East 152nd Street, where the victim was approached by a male and female suspect. One of the individuals displayed a knife and slashed the man in the torso.

During the assault, the second suspect forcibly removed the victim’s phone, wallet, and sneakers before both individuals fled the location on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported by private means to NYC Health and Hospitals/Metropolitan for treatment. His condition has been listed as stable.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
Police release suspect descriptions in Bronx robbery
The NYPD described the first individual as a male last seen wearing a black tank top, dark-colored pants, and black and white sneakers.
The second suspect, identified as a female, was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers.
Police have not stated whether the attack appeared targeted or random, and no weapon has been recovered.
“The individuals fled the location on foot, traveling to parts unknown,” authorities stated.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage from the area and are asking anyone with information to contact investigators.
