Baltimore, MD — A 26-year-old man is recovering after being shot early Sunday morning in Southern Baltimore.
At approximately 5:20 a.m. on Sunday officers responded to the 2800 block of Bookert Drive following reports of a shooting. They found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Initial investigations suggest the victim was shot in the 2700 block of Spelman Road by an unidentified suspect. Southern District detectives are leading the investigation and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2499.
