27-year-old Shot and killed Near Bronx Hospital

New York, New York – On Sunday, May 21, at approximately 10:11 p.m., police received a 911 call regarding a reported past assault at 1650 Grand Concourse, which houses the BronxCare Health System, also known as Bronx-Lebanon Hospital.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a 27-year-old male victim who had sustained two stab wounds to the torso. Medical professionals on-site pronounced the victim deceased. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the next of kin.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing.
