BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 27-year-old man was shot yesterday afternoon in Southeast Baltimore. He did not survive.
At approximately 2 pm, officers from the Baltimore Police Department arrived at the 400 Block of Russel Street to investigate a car crash report. At the scene, police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his head.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
