WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A lucky TAKE 5 player scored the top prize of $31,824.50 in the June 17 evening drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
The winning ticket was sold at EM Service Station Inc., located at 268 Tarrytown Road in White Plains. The retailer will receive a bonus for selling the prize-winning ticket.
TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with numbers drawn from a field of one through 39. Players have up to one year from the draw date to claim their prize.
The New York Lottery urges all winners to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe until they can redeem them.
