46-Year-Old Charged for Murdering Younger Cousin in Middle River

TOWSON, MD — On November 18, 2023, Baltimore County Police Department’s homicide detectives arrested 46-year-old Eddie Workman Jr. in connection with a homicide that took place in Middle River on November 15, 2023. Currently held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, Workman faces charges of first-degree murder.

The incident was initially reported on November 15, when officers from the Essex Precinct responded to the area of S. Seneca and New Section Road, 21220. Upon arrival, they discovered 36-year-old Kenneth W. Workman III, unresponsive and with upper body trauma. Mr. Workman was pronounced dead at the scene.
