BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On February 11, 2022, at approximately 9:10 a.m., while patrolling the 1700 block of Latrobe Street an Eastern District patrol officer observed a 46 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand.
The victim was transported to an area hospital by medic. Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
