COLUMBUS, OH- The Columbus Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place on Saturday night at the 30 Block of McMillen Avenue.
Officers responded to the area to find a victim who was suffering a single gunshot wound to the foot.
“The victim stated that at approximately 3:30 a.m., he was standing in the area of an apartment building when a person unknown fired a single gunshot causing an injury to his foot,” detectives stated.
The victim was unable to describe the suspect. He is in a local area hospital in stable condition. He is expected to recover from his injuries.
